Train with me in person in my awesome private gym in North Portland or join me on zoom if you are not local to Portland.
Semi-Private Training
Strength in numbers! Workout with a friend/partner and receive the personalized attention plus double the accountability in a supportive small group environment. Limit 2 people at this time.
Online Training
Receive personalized programming to do on your own that fits your unique goals, equipment access and schedule. You’ll also get weekly check-ins and accountability.
Hybrid Training
Train with me in person + receive a custom program with workouts for you to complete on your own time. Perfect for those with access to a gym or home equipment.
GLP-1 Support
Choosing weight-loss medication is a big step—and you deserve support, not judgment. I work with women on GLP-1s to preserve muscle and create behavior changes to thrive with confidence through every phase of their journey.
Sustainable Nutritional
Add on service for clients who are training with me in person or online. I take a non restrictive approach that is focused on autonomy, mindful nutrition and fueling your goals while maintaining your strength.
